EPITHILIAL TUMORS
Most epithilial ovarian cancer tumors are non-cancerous do not spread and usually do not lead serious illness.There are several types of non -cancerous epithilial tumors.In general known as borderline epithilial ovarian cancer.These differ typical ovarian cancers is that they do not grow into the supporting tissue of the ovary.If they spread outside the ovary,for example ,into the abdomenal cavity,they do not usually grow into the cover of the abdomen.Cancerous epithilial tumors are called calcinomas.About 85%to 90% of ovarian cancers are epithilial ovarian carcinomas.when some one says that they had ovarian cancer.They usually mean that they had epithial ovarian carcinoma.
